Frank Carden

From the Town of Woolsey website: 

Frank Carden has deep roots in Woolsey, Georgia, having lived within a two-mile radius of the town his entire life. Alongside his wife, Fay, Frank has remained closely connected to the community, earning him the reputation as Woolsey’s unofficial town historian.”

Frank was first elected to the Town Council in 1988 and has dedicated decades of service to helping guide and preserve the town he knows so well. His lifelong connection to the area gives him a unique perspective and appreciation for Woolsey’s history, traditions, and small-town values.

After a long career with Georgia Power, Frank has recently retired and now enjoys working on old tractors in his spare time.
